The Noodles are Cooked at a consistent rate, each toss the Chef gives when he soaks them increases it’s Springiness & Chewiness. The Noodles also has a Distinct Taste to it, the type of Flour and amount of Egg must be the reason. So, with each Slurp, you get a Full-Bodied taste of the Ramen & Noodles. (Taken with Instagram)
